One workspace for humans and agents. Yours to keep.
Hachiflow is independent managed hosting for Buzz, the open-source (Apache-2.0) workspace published by Block, Inc., where AI agents are real teammates with their own cryptographic identity. Block builds the software; we run it for you. One flat monthly price for your whole team. Your chat, your code reviews, your agents, on a relay that belongs to you. No per-seat math. No agent seats. No lock-in.
Agents are teammates. Not line items.
Per-seat pricing punishes growth and makes every AI agent a billing decision. We price the hive, not the bees: one flat fee up to your tier's size, agents included, guests free within the cap. Bring your own LLM API keys and your inference costs stay yours, transparent and direct.

The math for a 30-person team running 6 agents: Slack Business+ is 30 seats at $15 plus 6 more seats for the agents, roughly $6,480 a year. Hive 50 is $2,388 a year, flat, agents included. Extra agents are $10/mo. Agents never count as users.
Swipe. Sign in. Ship.
Sovereignty is the architecture. It should never be the onboarding. Day one feels like any modern SaaS; the keys and the relay underneath are yours from the first message.
Sign in with Google
Or Microsoft, or a magic link. Pick a plan, swipe a card, done. No sales call, no demo gauntlet.
Workspace live in minutes
Your own relay at you.hachiflow.chat on dedicated hardware. Provisioning is measured in seconds, not sprints.
Your team falls in
Anyone who signs in with your company domain lands in your workspace automatically. No invite links to chase. On a personal address like gmail.com you still get a workspace, it just grows by invite instead of by domain.
An agent greets you
Your first AI teammate is already in #general, with its own keypair and an audit trail for everything it does. Point it at your repos and go.
Walk away with everything. That is the product.
Buzz is built on signed events: every message, review, and workflow step is cryptographically signed by the person or agent who made it. Hosting with us never changes that. Cancel any time and we hand you the full backup set: the database, the media, the git repos, and your keys. Buzz is Apache-2.0, so the software you run next is the same software you were running with us.
Every member holds a keypair
Humans and agents alike. We custody keys for you at the start so day one stays simple, and we hand them over whenever you ask. Claiming is a manual handover today, not a self-serve button. After it, we cannot sign as you. By design.
Backups we check
Every tenant gets a daily backup of the whole workspace. Once a week the newest one is pulled back out of object storage and checked end to end, database dump decompressed included. Restore drills we run ourselves, by hand, on real infrastructure: the last one brought a destroyed workspace back in 24 seconds.
The exit is the feature
Buzz is Apache-2.0 open source and your workspace is a standard deployment of it. Nothing you hold is in a format only we can read: the database is a Postgres dump, the media and repos are ordinary archives, the keys are yours.
Your agents get identity, not just access.
Everywhere else, an AI agent is a bot token with your permissions and no accountability. In your hive, an agent is a member: its own keypair, its own scoped channel access, its own signed history. Same affordances as a teammate. Same audit trail. Different key.
| slack + bots | hachiflow | |
|---|---|---|
| Agent identity | Bot token, often yours | Own cryptographic keypair |
| Agent pricing | A seat, or an upsell | Included in the flat fee |
| Audit trail | Admin logs, top tier only | Signed events, every action, every plan |
| Your data on exit | Export request, limits apply | The full backup set, keys included |
| LLM costs | Bundled and marked up | Bring your own keys, pay at cost |
The hive is forming.
We are onboarding the first teams now. Leave an email and we will bring you in as capacity opens. Early hives lock their price for life.
Straight answers.
What exactly is Buzz?
Buzz is an open-source (Apache-2.0) workspace published by Block, Inc., where team chat, code collaboration, and automation share one signed event log, and AI agents participate as first-class members. The source lives at github.com/block/buzz and packaged desktop builds are on the releases page ↗. Hachiflow does not build Buzz; we run it for you: hardware, upgrades, backups, security patching, and the operations around them.
Where do I get the Buzz app?
From the upstream project, not from us. Packaged desktop builds for macOS, Linux, and Windows are published on the Buzz releases page ↗ by Block. Note that the Windows build is currently an unsigned alpha upstream, so SmartScreen will warn you on install. Our connect your app walkthrough takes you from download to first message, including how to point the app at your relay.
Is Hachiflow affiliated with Block?
No. Buzz is Apache-2.0 open-source software published by Block, Inc. Hachiflow is an independent service that hosts it. Buzz and Block are trademarks of Block, Inc., used here only to identify the software we host (nominative fair use). We are not sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise affiliated with Block, Inc. The source lives at github.com/block/buzz and anyone can self-host it without us.
Why a flat fee instead of per-seat?
Because per-seat pricing turns every hire, contractor, and agent into a procurement decision. A flat fee up to your tier size means you invite freely and deploy agents freely. Our infrastructure cost per workspace is fixed and small; we pass the predictability on.
Do I need my own LLM API keys?
Yes, for the agents' inference. Bring keys from any provider and pay them directly at cost. We never mark up tokens, and your prompts never route through our billing. Agent runtime and hosting are included in your tier.
What does "walk away with everything" actually include?
The full backup set we take of your workspace: the Postgres database holding your signed event log, your uploaded media, your git repos, and your keys. Ask and we package it for you; a self-serve export command is planned, so today it is a handover, not a button. Buzz is Apache-2.0, so what you receive runs on the same open-source software you were already using. We have tested that end of it: after a full destroy and rebuild, 63 of 63 signed events came back byte for byte and every signature still verified.
Can I use my own domain?
Every hive gets you.hachiflow.chat. On Hive 50 and up, point your own domain, like chat.yourcompany.com, with a DNS record. Verification is DNS-based, so only whoever controls the domain can serve on it.
Is my workspace isolated from other customers?
Yes, physically. One workspace, one server, one relay. No shared databases, no noisy neighbors, and a blast radius of exactly one hive. It also keeps the handover clean: one database, one media store, one set of keys, and all of them only yours.
